The Employment Myth

This is a book you should read: "The Business of the 21st Century" by Robert T. Kiyosaki. One interesting point he pointed out in the book is the employment myth. Most western school systems adopt the Prussian system, where the idea of retirement age of 65 came from. During the president of Prussia, Otto von Bismarck, citizens were promised of guaranteed pension after age 65. However, during that era, the life expectancy was about 45! The Prussian system is for "mass-producing employees". As we all know that in America these days, the reliable corporate career has been in declining.
