Attended a very meaningful camp over the weekend...Unipower Eagle Camp. Why it's meaningful? It's not the regular camps which I have attended before during my corporate life. This camp is filled with love. It unifies everyone in the business and continue to encourage us to pursue our dreams. Most camp organized by corporate only focus in "team building". Why? Because they want to train the employees to work together for the company. They DO NOT want their employees to dream big and eventually leave the company. The employees are trained to always spend their precious time working for the company.
Ask yourselves this: "How many jobs out there actually encourage you to pursue your dreams?" Your job and even business only make you focus in making money. And guess what..money is never enough. You spend your time and probably forego your health to make money and yet it's still not enough. Why then continue doing the same thing if you know that it's not good enough and most likely will not make your dreams come true? Why not take that leap of faith and dare to think and dream big?
